My wife and I want to eat at one of these restaurants for our "date night" on our next trip. Which sould you choose? Any opinions, suggestions, and comments are appreciated.

Thanks
Ryan

Bistro de Paris is very expensive and very romantic. The food is excellent.

Chefs de France is not as expensive and is still romantic but not as much as Bistro. The food is still excellent, IMO.

It depends on whether you want to go all out for the most romantic (Bistro) or if you want a more reasonable meal, but still in a romantic French restaurant.

BISTRO FOR SURE!!

It's very romantic. They do have a dress code there, I believe a collared shirt for men and no shorts/tank tops. They do ruen away those not appropriately attired. So this might be a consideration in your choice.

For a "date" night, Bistro for sure. It is a much more intimate, quiet, elegant restaurant than Chefs de France. The service from the tuxedo clad waiters is impeccable and the food is wonderful. You will love it!

Another vote for Bistro. Chefs is too noisy for me and the tables are too close together. At Bistro the food, service and view (if you get a window table) will make for a great meal.

We had an excellent dinner at the Bistro de Paris & I would highly recommend it. This had to be one of the best meals we have ever had & the service was wonderful. It is a beautiful & elegant restaurant & you can look out the window & see the sparkling lights of EPCOT.

Oh boy! I'm so glad to hear all of this. I've been counting the days until I can make a dinner reservation for my birthday!

I have eaten at Bistro a few times, and all in Park Casual. Since it is inside the park they cannot enforce a dress code. It is dinner only, and they cannot expect people who have been in the park all day to "change" for dinner!

I can't imagine Bistro turning away customers at Epcot who don't have a collared shirt. It's been awhile since we've eaten there, but it was always in theme park casual.
And to the post question--definately Bistro. Much more relaxed than the Chefs, which always seemed crowded and noisy.

Both are excellent..and hubby and I love them both.

For date night I would have to say Bistro..it is smaller, very intimate. The service and food are fantastic.

Thanks everyone! LSU Ryan is my DH.

The dress code does not matter. We're doing our date night the same day as a free day so we'll have plenty of time to change. We probably will dress a little nicer...we always like to have one meal where we dress in non-park attire and this seems like it'll be our one chance this trip!

Geez, not even one person to recomend Chef's...honesly, we were leaning twoard Chef's, but now you guys got us re-thinking our decision...hmm...

Something else about Bistro, their menu does not have any special items for children (just like V&A). This sort of discourages familes with small children.

bistro for shur we have gone 3 times right around the time for illuminations window seat fantastic meal and a short walk back to the BWV where we stay not to worry if you eat late they don't rush you enjoy :smooth:
