Bistro de Paris accept DDE?

I can't seem to find my DDE restaurant list. I know Bistro de Paris doesn't accept DDP, but do they accept DDE? How about Tokyo Dining and Portobello yacht Club? Do either of them accept DDE or any other discounts (AP)? I'm talking about for 2008, by the way.

The updated list on Disney's site dated October 24 shows Bistro but not the other two for DDE.
