Birthdays on DCL

We have a 3 day cruise booked on the Dream during our Spring Break in March 2018. It just so happens to be timed with my Wife's Birthday on the 25th. When booking on the phone they asked about Birthdays and I mentioned my Wife's and they got the date from me.

Outside of ordering a Celebration Cake/Room Packages pre trip, Does DCL do anything else for Birthdays?

If she is willing, have her pick up and wear a birthday pin from guest services upon boarding.

Yu may get treats in the dining room. Definitely, mention it if you go to Palo or Remy.

My daughter got a birthday dessert and the dining room crew sang to her. She also got a Disney Cruise birthday pin.

They didn't have birthday pins on the Wonder last month (out of stock) but DSis got an I'm celebrating one and wrote it was her birthday in sharpy

On our last night in AP ( her actual birthday) the server brought her an extra birthday dessert
