Ok that's odd as they are clearly stating Vacherin cake and even mentionning in French that it is "iced". You maybe got lucky

The Cheyenne et Santa Fa have ventillation according to the hotel website so I'm thinking fans of some sort.

I am actually looking at a Golden Forest Club room at the Sequoia Lodge because it comes with a VIP Fastpass and the room is only $500 more for the trip.

It's not a vip fast pass its a hotel fast pass that can only be used once. You get one per person per night of stay.
