Birthday

Hiya,
Taking my daughter to IOA next month for her birthday. Are there any kind of *special things* the park does for people celebrating a birthday?

My neice received a pin from the Hard Rock Hotel and I'm not sure if they gave her a free dessert at the Hard Rock Cafe (I'd have to check my pictures) but they did lead her up to a staircase so she was above the crowd and had everyone wish her a happy birthday. They had another heice of mine (this was several years ago) stand on a table for the same birthday wishes from the crowd. I don't know if the park itself does anything but it sure won't hurt to mention it.

I think you can receive a birthday sticker from Guest Services.

A friend of mine has had an annual pass for a good 12 (I think) years and on his birthday, he was told to go to Guest Services when he got to the park. He was offered either a free dessert, free express (some onesies, but with 2 or 3 barcodes on each for how ever many he had in his party), and something else that I can't remember. So I guess if you have an annual pass for awhile, you get different benefits.

You could always buy her a birthday hat. They're pretty cool!

I think you can get them in IOA too at the main gift shop when you walk in. I thought I had saw some of the birthday hats in there.
