My daughter's 3rd birthday is September 22. We will be leaving on the 21st. If, sometime that week, we dine at the Crystal Palace, will the characters sing Happy Birthday to her? Do I need to tell them at check-in or cal in advance? I never saw 100% sure information, so I wanted to ask. Thanks!

the characters don't talk (or sing). she should get the table decorated and receive a birthday card signed by the characters. they also periodically have a 'it's my special day' parade.
have it noted on the ADR when you make it, but also remind them when you check-in for it.
