My husband noted on our ADR reservations that it was my 40th Bday Suprise. He did not mention anything at check in for each restaurant... as I did not want to make a big deal out of anything.

At Le Cellier, right before Dessert, we were served two glasses of champagne to "Toast" my birthday. This was very nice.

At The Liberty Tree Tavern, my dessert was brought to me with a candle ... with all the servers around me singing a birthday song - what a surprise!

At The Concourse SteakHouse, my dessert had a candle, and a nice Birthday wish from our wonderful waitress.
