Birthday Pin

I had a quick question. Can we get a birthday pin in California or only in DL? We plan on going to California the first day but wasn't sure if I should make some time to get my daughter a birthday pin at DL that first day.

You should be able to get one at DCA's City Hall (not sure of the name of it). It's located in between Oswald's Gas Station and Los Feliz Five and Dime.
