Birthday idea please

we have a heat press and circuit so we make shirts for all of our vacations. This will be the first one for Disney. I have already made shirts, but I am stumped on idea and am hoping you guys can help me. We invited my sisters family to join us and we are so excited they said yes. We will be there during her birthday. What can I do Disney themed on a shirt for her birthday. She will be 40. She will get upset if I advertise her age so that is a no. I need an idea more than “today is my birthday”. Any ideas you fine folks can toss at me?

"Birthday squad" for the fam, and on the back put their relationship between them and birthday girl . and for the birthday girl, how about one that says birthday girl, you could leave off the number
I also celebrated my 40th in WDW in October. super fun!!
