Birthday & Graduation Magic?

On our visit in Nov/Dec my daughter will be turning sweet sixteen and my son will have just finished his final year of Secondary School (we come from the land downunder). I want to let our hotel know this so they can get badges for our visit. I booked online, how do I let them know of our intended celebrations, do I have to ring, which could be problematic due to the time difference, or is there an Email address I can send a message to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought I had read other peoples posts particularly one just the other day that said their friend got lots of smiles and best wishes as she had her birthday badge on.

Thanks for that, from what I am reading about DLP it seems to be a bit more reserved than WDW or Disneyland but I guess that is the European way. We are looking froward to our visit but I guess we need to be prepared for not as much personal magic than in the US. The MK looks beautiful and I can't wait to see it. I guess my daughter will just have to wait for two years till she turns 18 when I promised her a return trip to WDW and Disneyland. Then she can have lots of fuss made over her.

You could always bring your own I sometimes see English people walking around with big badges and I have seen a couple of girls in sashes

It's not done here the whole birthday badge thing at all my OH was most suprised to receive cards with badges on from the UK as he'd never ever seen one before.
