Birthday gifts for men

My DFi's B-day is on Saturday. This year I don't have the money to spend a lot as we are saving for a house and getting married next year
But I'm still trying to come up with a few extra gifts and can't think of any.

So far I got him:

4 shirts / 2 pants
a CD holder case thingy
a hands free headset for his cell phone
a $25 gift card to Starbucks


Any ideas?

That is a lot especially if you are saving for a house and wedding. What about adding a very personal note to him on how much he means to you?
