Birthday during stay at RP

My family and I have been to WDW many times over the years, but this is out first time going to US! We are suprising my DD (8) for her birthday (let me tell you, this is going to be tough keeping it from her I'm so excited)! We will be there from 6/25-6/30, and her b-day is on 6/26. Do you know if the hotel or US/IOA do anything special for b-days?

You can call the hotel and have them to put on your ressie that it is her birthday cause its a hit or miss but have heard of them leaving stuff in rooms for kids birthdays and have heard others say they didn't get anything .

you can order a cake for her and have it left in the room for you.

you need to call in advance if you wish to do that.

they will accept cc over the phone for the cake.
