Birthday Dinner?

What would you suggest for a 21st birthday dinner? We're only going to Disney for a couple hours on a weekend, so we're looking for a easy place to go for a memorable birthday without paying park admission. Thanks for your input! These were some of the options we were thinking about:
-Rainforest Cafe
-T'Rex
-Beaches and Cream
-Shutters

We went to Whispering Canyon last year or else I would have chosen that
