Birthday Dinner Ideas

Trying to help out a co-worker choose a restaurant for her and her boyfriend during their February visit. It's just the two of them for her birthday.
She loves fish--he loves steak.
I suggested either Artist Point, Flying Fish or, as a compromise, Palio's. Any comments, or other suggestions, are welcome!
