Birthday dinner for 7 year old girl?

We are going to Disney for DD's 7th birthday. It is actually the day before we arrive (she is getting the trip as her present), so our first night there we want to do her birthday dinner. Non-resort restaurant only. Which place would you choose, based on quality of food and overall "specialness" for a birthday?

I voted for 1900 Park Fare...although we didn't enjoy this restaurant much when we ate there, I think for a 7 year old, the food is the least important. As far as atmosphere, you can't beat the GF or the princesses for her. But that's just my opinion.
