Birthday Design Request

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone could make a water bottle and candy bar design for my daughters sweet 16 birthday party. We wanted to give these out as party favors. The party is a few days away (September 19) and the person who was supposed to do it for me can't. Hopefully someone here has time to come up with a design. Her name is Melissa, her favorite character is Tinkerbell, and her favorite color is light blue.

It should measure 5.25 x 5.5 inches and it fits around a regular milk chocolate hershey bar.
