So my mom and I are thinking about taking my dad to WDW for his birthday. We already have seasonal passes, and he'd get in for free. Now the question is do they offer discounts to the accompanying family members, and are there park hoppers available?

If possible, can I be provided with a link that has the information.

The bday person gets a free 1 day 1 park pass (not hopper). There are no discounts to accompanying family members and it is not a hopper.

That's odd because back in August I got an email from Disney that had details of discounts for family accompanying the birthday person. Hmmm...

Maybe it was a special pin code or offer. I was there in Sept. to celebrate my bday and there were no such offers.

Are you military? I know that in 2009 Disney was offering specials to active military and their families. I think the active duty person was free and they offered discounted prices to their family as a way to thank our troops. Perhaps you confused the military offer with the birthday offer?? . . .

I took my daugther for her birthday in September and everyone else had to pay full price.

It wasn't the military offer. I'm just guessing my mom got it confused. Oh well. Thanks for the clarification though!
