alright....we maybe going on a cruise for my friends 16th birthday, one adult 3 teens....Any advice on what to do and what can be done on my friends birthday

Tell your head waiter about the special day and the staff will bring a BD cake and make a big fuss over the BD person.

What you do is up to you. You can have Shirley at the Perfect Gift make a BD basket for your room. You tell Shirley what the BD person likes and she makes the wonderful basket for you.

We just came back from the 2/5 cruise where we celebrated my 30th b-day and DH got Disney to decorate my stateroom http://disneycruise.disney.go.com/d...offers/giftindex?id=StateroomCelebrationsGift
It was very nice and we kept it up all week. Also, my parents had beautiful flowers in my room that were still living when we got off the boat.
