Does anyone know whether us/ioa do anything similar to disney regarding birthday celebrations. my son and brother in law both celebrate 1 week after our return and due to flights we were unable to be there for their exact bday

They also sell tall hats that look like a birthday cake. These definitely stand out. They're not free, but they're still fun.
