Hi,
Our DS will be turning 2, and we'd like to know where a nice character dinner would be a good place for a celebration? We were thinking of Chef Mickey's...Any other suggestions?

Thanks!

I think Chef Mickey's is the best for the younger set. They give them a huge cupcake with a candle on it and play a special song...meanwhile the whole restaurant is waving their napkins in the air. It is a fantastic way to go. Alot of other restaurants give the kids a free cupcake or snack on their birthday- make sure you let them know when you make PS & when you check in.

Totally!! We took our daughter there when she turned one and it really was great. When they sing to each birthday child, it is totally interactive with the whole restaurant, truly memorable. When we watch over the video from that night, it's so awesome, it will be great for them to look over when they're older. Plus the characters spend a little bit of extra time with the birthday child. Make sure your child is wearing their button when coming in the restaurant while waiting. The characters are out and about in the lobby and they just googled all over Sydney. It was so awesome. Donald Duck was picking her up and throwing her in the air. It was very cute.

We took our twins when they turned 6 to Chef Mickey's and they loved it. It's a very upbeat place and the whole restaurant gets involved in celebrations.
