Ok I got it. I haven't heard of the W.I.T.C.H. cartoon but I am sure Stacey has, she will be 13 in March. Should I send it closer to her birthday or any time?

They are almost the same age, this is a new ( to me ) cartoon on the Disney Channel, and she just loves it a LOT! But don't worry about it, any card would be just perfect.
We went to see King Kong on Christmas day and she cried the whole movie because she missed the cartoon.
Well you can send it closer to her B-day if you can, if not, anytime would be fine. Thank you so much
