I have seen people talk about ordering a birthday cake for one of their meals. Do you order it when you make the ADR? What kind of cake is available and how big are they? And how much do they cost? What is the best restaurant to do this at?

I ordered one a few years ago when we were dining at the Garden Grill. I told them when I made the reservation and then again when I checked in. I think it was around $12.00.
