Birthday cake @ Ohana's review

We ordered the 8in b-day cake for my daughters b-day. It was a vanilla cake w/white chocolate frosting and filling. 8 inches didn't seem that big but it was huge, it seemed it was 8in round and 8 inches tall (ok maybe I am exagerating a little, but it was thick!) It was very moist and stayed good the next couple of days. We paid $25 for this and considering it was Disney it was a reasonable price. If you have any questions just let me know.

Oh, my, does THAT sound impressive! I really have to call one of our restaurants and see what they can do for us for a milk free birthday cake! DSD will be celebrating her 13th while we're there.

I have one ordered for my daughters 6th birthday at CRT. Ours is the dark chocolate. Do they decorate the cakes at all and put Happy Birthday with their name. We are a family of six, is the cake big enough for us all? 2 adults, 4 children. Thanks for your help.

What do they do for birthdays at O'hanas? My boyfriend's parents are treating me and him to dinner there on his birthday. Mine is the week before his, and his mom already told them when she made PSs that we will both be celebrating birthdays.

Thanks for the review... I'm planning on ordering one for my mom this Dec. Did you order through the restaurant directly? When I made our PS I was given the number to the Poly room service to place the order. Not sure if that is the right place to call.

They decorated the cake w/some flowers and did write Happy 11th Birthday Ashlee on it. We were a party of 6 also, 3 adults and 3 children and we had way more than enough to take back to the hotel. When they brought the birthday cake out they sang to my daughter and she blew out the candles. We also ordered ours through the Poly's room service number. Thank you BCV for the kind words. If there are any more questions I can answer let me know. Oh yeah the little flowers are edible but not the wire they are attached to (lol), my daughter did determine this.
