Birthday Cake at Whispering Canyon?

Can you order a birthday cake in advance at Whispering Canyon? Has anyone done it? Also, if you tell your server it someones birthday do they up the fun?

You can order cakes from all the bakeries to be delivered during your meal. With WCC, it is always possible to have a not fun night here and there, as we experienced when we recently had lunch there.

We ordered birthday cakes for our twins back in nov of 2002. we had to call the direct phone number(we got from calling dining ressies). They gave us a few choices of cake flavor and frosting(if you love chocolate,try the chocolate ganache-if they still have it-yummy). For one 6inch round single cake it was $8. They brought out candles with the cakes. Had our girls go in front of rest,stand on chairs and the server had everyone sing happy b-day to them! Also did the hokey pokey. They had so much fun. I was wearing my "Its my birthday" pin at WCC last September. My waitress noticed it, of course. She surprised me with a slice of cake covered in whip cream and sprinkles. After she had the entire restaurant sing "Happy Birthday" to me, the entire wait staff dove right in and devoured the cake. (Imagine a pack of vultures). Then she hands me what is leftover. Ewww!! It was great fun. She did bring out a replacement a few minutes later.
