Birthday Cake at Crystal Palace for breakfast reservation?

Can I order a cake at the podium when we check in for a late breakfast at the Crystal Palace for my 5 year old's birthday?

We've done a cake there during lunch, but I just want to confirm the restaurant would provide a cake while they are still serving breakfast.
