Birthday Button

It's my husband's 40th Birthday and I would like to get a button sized image that I could print and iron on all of his tees while he's down there. I've looked through a bunch of artist's folders and my eyes are going blind and so far I haven't seen one. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could disign an image for me. Something that says 40th Birthday, and maybe his name - David.
