Birthday Breakfast at Cape May

I know I have read that many people receive special birthday attention at Chef Mickey's......streamers and confetti on the table. We would like to try a different character breakfast at a resort this trip and I was wondering if anybody celebrated a young child's birthday at Cape May? Was it similar to Chef Mickey's or should I play it safe and just go to Chef Mickey's. I know I am not guaranteed anything, but I would like to increase my chances the most I can to help celebrate my DS's 4th birthday. Thanks for the help!!
