Birthday Boy Celebration Ideas

Just wondered if anyone out there could give me suggestions for our 4 year old son's Birthday while at Disney? We have reservations for Chef Mickey at 6pm.

there's the new adventurer's room at world of disney in downtown disney, where they can make a pirate hat, buy a costume, etc. I'm having my 4yo ds do that in a few weeks when we go. he'll be in heaven!

Tell Chef Mickey's it's your son's birthday.
They will do a birthday cup cake - maybe get a card signed by the characters.

You could also order something for him from the WDW florist or Peg's baskets.
It can be delivered to your WDW resort (and Swan/Dolphin and SOG)

You can go to guest relations at each park and they will give you a birthday pin from that park to wear on his clothes. I ordered a t-shirt from disney, (the kind you can design yourself) and had it say something like "I'm celebrating my birthday at disney world". The characters usually notice the pins and say something, as well as the cm's.

We were staying at WL and I mentioned to them at check in and when we got back to our room, DD had balloons and card from Mickey. She was thrilled!
