birthday at jiko

we will be celebrating a birthday while in wdw this december. i know at hollywood brown derby you can request a happy birthday call and a phone will be brought to your table to receive it. can something like this be done at jiko or at the afternoon tea at the GF? thanks!

I think that's just a Brown Derby thing. I've never seen it done at any other WDW restaurant.
