Birthday at Donalds Breakfast

I have just booked Donald's breakfast for my daughters 7th birthday in August.
Does anyone know if we would be able to bring a cake for a character (hopefully Donald her favourite) to present to her? as they are unable to provide a cake for her.
Failing that, does anyone have any ideas how we could make her birthday really special?

I had Donald Duck deliver my wife's anniversary gift one year at Donald's Breakfastosaurus. She was thrilled! You have to get the gift to the restaurant and have one of the servers get a hold of the manager.

The manager made sure Donald made the delivery. It also came with a signed card from all the characters at the breakfast.

If you haven't done so, make sure your DD's birthday is noted on the PS. Just call back if you haven't. You should be able to arrange a cake through WDW Dining or when you arrive on property. Just ask them when you call and it's always good to verifty with Guest Services when you are there, too.

Thankyou for that, I have let them know on PS, so I shall contact the restaurant before her birthday.
She would be sooooo thrilled if the same happened to her!
