Birthday at Biergarten?

I'm thinking of going to Biergarten for my husband's birthday, and I was wondering if they will do anything special for him if I say it's his birthday? He's very outgoing, so I'd love it if they would make a big deal about it. Has anyone ever celebrated a birthday there before? Thanks!

We've celebrated DD's there and DH's 40th. When it was our DD's the waitress brought her out a card and a Mickey gingerbread cookie. Also she told the band it was her b-day and they played Happy Birthday to her.
For DH (which was more recent) they ask everyone to raise their hands if they're celebrating anything. Then they did a general Happy Birthday. The family at our table w/ us bought him another beer however.
