I just wanted to let ya'll know that I found some Birk Tatami sandals on sale at my local Hudson Belks (also known as Belks). They are the Arcadia and Margaret version - both have the covered cork sole and birkoflor uppers and I only found them in black. The Arcadia is a thong and the Margaret is a crossing multi-strap. The sale price is $59.90. The cheapest I have found them ANYWHERE is $79.90.
Because the cork is covered, and they aren't leather, these can stand a little more water than regular Birks.
Also - Hudson Belk is the same thing as Lazarus, so they may be found there.
