I am not sure how the kids sizes run. I buy the adult size birkis and betulas for myself. I was thinking of ordering a pair for my oldest DD, but she wears a women's 9.5... the same size as my MIL, so I had her try my MILs on to see how the foot bed was for her. I know now if I do order that they will fit.

Unlike Zappos, 6pm does not offer free return shipping so if you can fit her at a local store, you will save yourself from having to send them back for fit.
