Bird's eye view of MK???

I have been trying to find a bird's eye view of MK on Windows local.live.com but cannot seem to find one...and for some reason now I can't access any of the pages...anyone have any suggestions or know why this might have happened

for some reason if you are looking north to start birdseye is not Avail but when you start looking south it will show up .
