Just back from MCO. Kiosks speed up immigration. Immigration staff decide who can use them and who goes through the regular line. Immigration officers spread the line amongst the two options depending on how many people are queuing. currently families with young children get directed to the regular line, the adults in the party do not get to use the kiosk. the system seemed to work pretty well and the line of people coming off the 747 were being processed quickly. very encouraging.
