I just spent the last HOUR AND HALF typing out travel tips that I have compiled for my website as I hit submit I thought " I should really save that" then it was too late.. my brain was fried from typing so long... anyway, you guessed it, my session had Timed out and I lost everything!

Tip of the day...

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS back up your work!
