What does you screen name mean? Everytime I see it all I can think of is the show Just Shoot Me.
Nina had a friend named Binny. You never saw Binny and people wondered if she existed, but Binny sounded like a hoot! The stories Nina would tell sometimes wa a riot!
I watch the show everday now in reruns. Its so funny!!!

So, what does your name stand for??????

I thought of Nina's friend, too. Binny was Nina's "party" friend. She sounded like a lot of fun to be around!

I guess Binny is a woman of great mystery who doesn't want us to know the real story behind her name. So maybe we should start making up stories because made up stories are always much more fun than the real story. I'll start.

Everyone started calling Binny Binny at a very young age. It all started when she was a wee little girl, and her parents couldn't afford to buy a bed for her, so she spent the first five years of her life sleeping in a little bin filled with cotton, towels, sheets, and blankets. Her beloved mother took to singing Binny to sleep with a song she made up that went like this:

Oh our little Binny it's time to go to bed.
So into the bin you go and rest your sweet head.
You'll wake in the morning when the sun does shine
Oh little Binny you are true love of mine.

So, that's how Binny got her name.

That's not what I heard. I heard that Binny had a speech impediment when she was young. She would pronounce her V's as B's. And whenever her favorite show, Welcome Back Kotter, came on she would run around the house yelling "I lub Binny! I lub Binny!" It kidda stuck with her.

Actually, I have the real and true story of how Binny got her name. I swear this is the real and true story.

Binny is actually a Grammy Award winning singer (I can't reveal her true identity, though--I have to protect her privacy). She actually uses Binny as her fake name when she checks into hotels so that here millions of adoring fans don't call her room in the middle of the night when she needs her beauty sleep.

Her full fake name is actually Binny Sands It stands for:

Young

Singer
And
Nuclear
Dancing
Star

So, see if you can figure out her identity from that.
