Everyone is completely different so here's my thing Nalla.
I don't think you need a nutritionist. I truly believe that we know how to eat right. There are so many books, magazines resources around. However, this is for life. So I have a strong belief that you have to eat foods that you really love - healthy and not. Both and balanced.
As for the binging. Mine simply disappeared when I dealt with personal issues. Ie. As I healed myself mentally it all took care of itself. So I feel strongly that if you deal with the emotions that the binging takes care of itself. Obviously not overnight but it will. And it wasn't easy to look at my issues and heal. But it has changed my life as well. I truly believe that none of us binge without something behind it.
