Who uses Bing rewards?

I used to use them, but I thought the method was to slow. I have since learned the error of my ways!
You can get a $5 Amazon gift card roughly every 20 days with less than 5 minutes of effort per day.

Unfortunately Amazon gift cards can't be used to buy Disney Cards but they can help you save money on your vacation still!
I believe they can be used on Amazon Pantry too.

I'm using mine to save up for a new fancy camera!

I use mine for Starbucks. I used to get x box live for DS.

Kae

I also get the $5 Amazon gift cards. I think I have enought to cash in for $15 in Amazon GC right now.

Love Bing rewards!! Super easy! I use my points to purchase Starbucks gift cards. The gift cards are sent to your e-mail via a code and you automatically load them to the Starbucks app on your phone. I try to save these for our WDW vacations. ;)

that is brilliant, i don't drink starbucks but maybe a couple times a year

Yep! It pretty much pays for my annual Amazon Prime fee, just shy of. Which makes me not feel bad about also getting Netflix and Hulu to feed my streaming addiction. (cglaura's justification math :rolleyes1 )

can I ask how you use your Amazon GCs to pay for your Prime Membership? I have been trying to use my GCs to pay for Prime for a few years and have not been able to get it to work. Kind of irritating as I have hundreds of dollars in GCs every year from Bing, surveys that I do and rewards from my company healh and wellness program.
thanks

I always do the amazon cards....usually will use them to buy things we need for our trip. I have enough for about 25 dollars worth and will save until probably June for our August trip. Very little effort and a decent payback in my opinion.

I've tried to use these sites in the past, but even at the rate that you're getting the money, I just don't see the real benefit in it? Please explain it to me if I'm mistaken, but if I do the math, it's 25 cents per day ($2.99 an hour) to make $5 over 20 days. So if you do that every single day for an entire year, you'll make $91? Seems to me there would be a lot easier way to make $91 in an entire year?

I don't drink coffee but still get the Starbucks cards. I use them in the parks for sodas, water, milk, and snacks (the DHS store had Darth Vader cupcakes last time we went during SW weekends, and they always have Mickey cookies). On one trip I got a couple of the You Are Here mugs as souvenirs - the DLR store had the 60th anniversary mugs as well :)

So you can get 150 points each day from searching online, plus 100 points each day from searching on your phone. And then there are usually between 10-50 other bonus points each day from either a single click or playing a trivia game. It takes me about 3 minutes total to get my points each day. There are also 2-3 emails each month that give you about 50 bonus points each. So it basically averages out to earning $100 each year. My husband and I both do this, so we earn $200 for in Starbucks gift cards. We used our earnings on our last Disney trip to buy the Starbucks Disney mugs and some treats while in the park. Given the minimal daily effort (I do this while watching TV in the evening), I think it is worth it.

Starbucks. But I gave up on actively earning the money when they upped the prices on gift cards (well, got rid of the gold discount for 3rd party gcs). It's a fairly painless way to earn some Starbucks money before a trip if you need to add a bit of money to your budget!

I use my bing account at work & home. I don't even think about I just get points.

It takes me about 20 seconds to search bing. I type in 1 letter and push enter and go from there. ABC, etc. I don't see the complaint. It's much faster than swagbucks and many do that on here.

Do you have to be logged in to earn? Is it on the usual Bing site or somewhere else.

Sorry - I meant in a budget sort of way. Things I'd pay for when I buy on amazon, say water filters, that I use the gift card for... I transfer that money I would have spent in cash (well cc, then paid off so like cash) into my yearly invoiced budget column (amazon, yearly insurance, etc etc.). I keep a total of yearly invoice and am sure to transfer money to savings each month so that money is there at the time the bill comes in. So say my insurance is $120/year... i transfer $10/month so that my normal monthly budget isn't thrown off by an extra bill coming in, if that makes sense.

Yes, you need to be logged in to earn points. You can sign up on the usual bing site. Somewhere in the upper right corner.
they changed the name to Microsoft Rewards a few months ago.

There is usually 10 pt/day quiz, 30 point quiz once a week and December was double points on the weekends,

got it.
for awhile there was a loophole when Amazon ran a special on Prime, you could "gift yourself" Prime at the promo price and then apply the discounted price when you used the "gift" to renew.
I love Amazon, just kind of irritating that I can't use all my GC balance to pay for Prime.
