Bill Barchik?

I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me his email address. We were married in the Wedding Pavilion in January 1996 and have been back to WDW as well as to the Wedding Pavilion a few times since our wedding but for our upcoming trip (July 19-30), we will be joined by our friend and pastor who married us as well as our families. My husband was thinking it might be fun to get some photos of us together at the Wedding Pavilion for old times sake and I know that the Pavilion used to be open to the public as long as there were no scheduled weddings or rehearsals. I was hoping to contact Bill to see if he could tell me the times that the Wedding Pavilion would be open so we don't show up there (all 10 of us) and find out it is closed. Thanks a bunch and congratulations to all the past and future Disney brides on this forum. Wish there was something like this when we were planning for our own wedding.

Bill is currently my consultant; I'm from PA, and he attended the high school that is about 5 minutes from my house He also happens to be friends with 2 of the 23 guests that will be at our Escape wedding; that first phone call with him was great-lots of coincidences!

He has been very friendly and relatively prompt about answering questions. I am probably a PITA when I email him because I'm sure I'll get some of this info later on when we are able to do our contract at the 8 month mark, but he never makes me feel like one. He has responded to my emails within a week, which I think is reasonable, considering that we are so early in the planning process.

Bill was my original contact with DFTW. I met him at a bridal show in NY and started contacting him through email even before my available booking date. He is great. My DF and I were down in FL last year for New Years (here now too ). While down we met with Bill to get some info and do a site visit. We couldn't do a site visit the same day as our meeting but he met us in EPCOT on New Years Eve. He is very prompt at returning emails, and answering any questions you have.

Bill turned us over to our Planner Lisa back in June so we could start our planning

We had Bill as our assigned person, he was fabulous! He was always quick to respond and very helpful, he's a great guy to work with too, very nice. I had several site visits to show different family members our venues, and he was always so welcoming and accommodating each time, everyone loved him.
