My BIL and SIL (newlyweds!) are going to WDW with myself, DH, DS7 & DD4 in February. They are leaving alot of the details to me (yeah!). I have composed a possible list of restaurants and my reason for choosing them. I, along with DH and Dkids, ahve eaten at all of these rstaurants. My goal is to give BIL and SIL a tour of some of the resorts, along with theme park restaurants.

Opinions are welcomed!

We have a total of 6 table service credits. We do not want to use 2 on a dinner show or signature dining. We will pay OOP on one of the days for Chef Mickey's breakfast, just because it's fun!

1st night- Dinner @ Ohana- this is a family tradition and favorite. I think BIL and SIL would love this one.

Nights 2-6 (all dinner):
-Whispering Canyon- not my favorite, but DS7 loves it and would be very dispapointed if he didn't get to see his favorite uncle in this setting!

-Liberty Tree Tavern- Our only character meal. This is DD4's 5th trip to the World- she has had her share of character meals. We haven't eaten at LTT since 2003.

-Le Cellier- a must do for all of us. We ate there for the first time in '07 and swore we'd be back!

-Boma- definitely not my favorite, as I am not that adventurous. However, DH liked it and I really would like for BIL & SIL to experience AKL.

-Coral Reef- again, not my favorite although the ambiance makes up for the lackluster food, IMO. I want BIL & SIL to experience the beauty and variety of the different restaurants, and this is what I came up with.

Please offer opinions and advice!

You have 2 choices at Epcot, two good ones!... But, did you consider something at either the Boardwalk or DTD.

FYI, Boma is tough...people either love it or hate it. We love almost anything, but we all hated  Boma.

Have a magical:wizard: time wherever you choose!

I like what you have planned. Since you have 2 Epcot places I would agree with the above poster. Maybe try one of the Boardwalk/Yacht or Beach club restaurants?

I like Cape May (and I don't like sea food!)

Have a great time!

We just went for drinks and dessert at Blue Zoo at the Dophin. It is a beautiful restaurant. Very contemporary. I would go back just for the atmosphere. It is a little bit dressy though. You might just consider going for after dinner drinks and dessert like we did. We didn't have reservations and just sat in the bar area.

One suggestion I might have is to give them a nice newlywed dinner during yours. I woudl suggest doing a restaurant where you are both at the same resort. On your list, I would say Narcoosee's at GF, Jiko at AKL, Flying Fish at BW, or Yachtsman at YC. Then you guys can have dinner elsewhere at the resort, and you can give them a special treat (even mention it to the staff of the restaurant). Just a thought for one evening.

Wow, everyone, thanks for the great suggestions! I was considering a Boardwalk restaurant, since we have never eaten on the Boardwalk. Great ideas!!!...I have so much to think about.

EpcotGuy, I LOVE your suggestion of booking a special dinner for the 2 of them! We are paying for part of their trip, and I would love to surprise them with their own special dinner for 2.

Much thanks!

What you may think about is using the credits for the CM breakfast. One evening park the two kids at one of the resort kids clubs (or get an in-room sitter) and take them to V&A.
