Bike Riding at Vero Beach?

Is Vero Beach a good place to ride bikes? If any one has been to HHI, which I think is perfectly set up for bikes, how does VBR compare?

The area is a residential area and well suited to bicycle riding.

We like to do the Historic Jungle Trail! We do a 5 mile loop. They have directions at Ebb and Flo!
