Bike Lock on Stroller

When we went to Disney 2 years ago, we used a bike lock on our Graco stroller. We didn't use it all the time and tried to lock it up in places that wouldn't bother anybody.

Next week, we're bringing a much more expensive Peg Perego double stroller, and I'll want to use the lock more often. Is this allowed as long as you lock it up where it isn't going to block anything?

You aren't allowed to lock it to anything. Just lock it so it can't be moved easily and you'll be fine. Perhaps through one of the front wheels so you have to tip it back to roll it. Cast members will rearrange the strollers to make room for more.
