we always charge to site, so they already have the mastercard #. but no deposit.

Yep...no deposit required, just a CC#, and we paid cash upon cart return.

My only concern is that we're not assigned a Site yet, do they need it to charge the Cart Deposit? Oh, we're there in Dec 08

You WONT be assigned a site until you arrive.....the cart reservation isnt litterally tied to your site ressie.....they just like knowing if youre going to be a FW guest renting vs a visiting guest.
