Good day and welcome to Week 6...
Hey everyone, I'm free at last, free at last! Jury duty over and done with. And it only took 14 days. :rotfl2:
So I figured it's Wednesday, we're on a new week, and I'd take the liberty of beginning the new salvo. I'll do so by reporting my meager totals for last week: 0.8 pounds gone, and 120 minutes of exercise. Meah. Well, it's better than nothing.
The good news is, I'm home, and I can get back to the program a bit more effectively. Today, as a matter of fact, while I did not go for a walk, I DID do 90 minutes of hard, sweaty work in the yard. I was getting rid of all the dead junk in the veggie garden and flower beds around the house. So I'm pleased. My next goal is to assess the inside of the house and make a list as to what else needs to be taken care of. I'll get there.

I'm kind of upset because I forgot to tape the Biggest Loser last night!!! Grrrrrr!!! Oh well, I guess that's one less hour sit & watch TV this week, heeh!!! Which is probably good! :)

Good morning!! I didn't work out yesterday, had to leave early to go to the dentist. I did rake the yard to plant some grass seed, but that doesn't officially count.

Today I did JF Arms for 33 minutes. I'm hoping to ride the bike later to up that a little bit.

Laura, it seems like you did pretty good last week even on jury duty. You lost weight and managed to get exercise in.

I'm running out of dinner ideas. Today we're having Crock Bean Soup with Kale.

I'm still here, y'all! Just been super busy trying, albeit unsuccessfully, to catch up on stuff before I head to FL 1 wk from today.

I think MAYBE the scale is trying to move. I can only hope. Did WATP 4 mi yesterday and will do it here in a bit.

Where is everyone today? I rode the bike for 45 minutes. Ate some mini Snickers crunchers last night so I think I might have burned part of those calories this morning.

Gee, where is everybody?

Did WATP 4 mi this morning. Been busy all day, but not seeming to accomplish much. This weekend I must be more productive and EXERCISE!!!
 
Hey, just me checking in. Marty here is that recipe

2 C cubed and cooked chicken breast
1 can cream of potatoe soup
1 C Milk
1 16oz bag veggies
1 C cheddar chees
1 Can french fried onions
1 can crescent rolls

Cube and cook 2 C of chicken. I used to chicken breast but the recipe call for more. In a bowl, combine 1 can cream of pototoe soup with 1 C milk, 1/2 tsp of sal ( I didn't use salt, the soup is high enough in sodium!!), 1 C or so of veggies (We used broccoli, but I didn't like it much, but I don't like broccoli! I think maybe carrots or peas might work better), 1/2 C cheddar cheese and 1/2 can french friend onions. Once you have mixed that, add the cubed chicken and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. I used a round Corningware pan.

Unwrap 1 package of crescent rolls and cut into strips. Place strip on top of casserole in a lattice pattern. Cook for uncovered for 15 minutes. It might take a bit longer to get it to cook in the center. Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese and rest of the can of french fried onions and cook for 5 more minutes. Yummy!!
 
Thank you Amanda. I'm hoping I can sneak a few things in on my son this way. How was your party?

Today I did JF abs and bike for a total of 55 minutes. Next week I am planning on writing down points for foods. I was doing good, but the past few days I just want to EAT EVERYTHING. My dh is going to do it with me, I think.

Hi All!

I am having an off week, not food plan or exercise wise, just an off week, so I am sorrry I have not been around a lot! I exercised for a total of 60min between Fri and Sat. Tomorrow morning it is back to water aerobics so I am excited! :) Have a good night!

I am so sore I can barely type! I have been walking almost every day and taking fit classes in order to get in shape before the marathon and I think it's killing me. lol. Looking forward to Tuesdays weigh-in!

60 min of my new WATP dvd - I'm NOT looking forward to Weigh in - my scale won't BUDGE!!!
 
Checking in on Tuesday morning. I'm down two pounds this week! :cool1: Finally had a good week. Also did 300 min of exercise.

Another pound bites the dust! I've only lost 1 pd. this week, but heck, it's better than a gain. :goodvibes
 
I have lost 3 lbs this week. I have been so busy helping my friend with her new twins, working and things with my dd's for school that I think I just forgot to eat much this week. I hardly even exercised and still lost. I really need to get back to working out. I can't believe that I still lost weight.
 
I gained 1 lb this week. Too much birthday celebrating, my dh's birthday was last week, 5 days after mine. I've been exercising well.

I started doing points again yesterday and dh is doing them with me. So I am on track again.

I did 45 min on the bike today.
 
I'm down 2 lbs this week. Not quite sure how since it was a stressful week in many ways and food is my friend when I'm stressed. Still working on trying to break that.
 
Sorry I have been MIA, alot of junk going on at work. I am also staying at my brothers house this week watching my niece and nephews, and it is throwing off my routine. I am down 1/2lb this week.
 
Hi All!

Power outtage due to the storm kept me from posting my weigh in yesterday morning, but here I am! I am down two pounds this week.

So do we merge this week as they did on the show? And yesterday they finally announced when the finale is, or at least the month, hehe, November!

Hope everyone is doing well! I am off to water aerobics and have a wild day ahead!
