Biggest Loser Red Team - Week 5!

I lost .5lb this week. I'm not sure what's happening. I am staying within my points (at least including my flex points) and have really increased my exercise. I got into a smaller size of pants this week, so something must be working, but the scale is not moving much.
I did 330 minutes of exercise this week!

Count me in for 3 lbs lost and 240 min of exercise. I seem to have slowed down in the exercise department. I guess that is because my asthma has been acting up lately. This is always the worst time of year for me.

My goal is to be 30 lbs lighter when we go to Disney in Jan. I can do it. :flower:
 

No loss, no gain. 310 minutes exercise as of this morning's 55 min WATP
 
The bad news is:
I didn't loose any weight this week

The good news is:
I didn't gain either!

Walked 8 miles on Sunday and poor am I still feeling it. I plan to do a muscle madness class, at the fit center, which works the entire body. Pray for me :rotfl:

P.S. I don't think I'll be able to make Monday night chats as my work schedule has changed.
 
I am down .8 this week. I will take it. Keep your shoulders up high even if you didn't lose, we are in this together. We don't need to get discouraged, remember that today is a new day!

Does this look right so far? I rode the bike for 60 min today which adds up to 1587 team exercise minutes.

I broke even this week. I will eat better this week and bump my exercise back up. That is the real key for me.

Sorry guys a no loss week for me. I didn't do my best last week, but so far I have done better with my eating this week. I haven't done so great on the exercising. It has been pouring rain the past few days so I have not been out walking. If I can't walk tonight I will do an exercise video. Good luck to everyone!
 
C'mon Red Team!! Time to rally!!! I am seeing a great week ahead for us all!!!!!
Put me down for 75min of woring out today, I went to water aerobics once again. :)

Hi Everyone,
I had a 1.6 loss this week. Not bad considering I didn't find time to work out much. I need to work hard to get back into the swing this week. Football will be ending in the next week or two and that should free up some time. We've just been so busy I'm having a hard time keeping up.

Mike- I'm impressed 20lbs so far! Everyone is doing great. Sorry I've not been such a good capt. I had such great intentions but being so busy and DH going out of town for two weeks really put me so far behind.
