Hi
Red Team,
I am so proud of myself. I got up this morning and since DH and the kids were sleeping on the air matress in the basement (Friday & Sat night is Family night), I could not use the treadmill. So I got dressed and went to the park and ran/walked 4.15 miles. Woo hooo! It felt so good to get out in the fresh air early in the morning and get my miles in. I knew I had to get my exercise in to earn some Weight Watcher Activity points since we were taking DS7 to the Japanese Hibatchi restaurant to celebrate his birthday. I was good all day with eating and I had saved enough flex points so all was still staying on plan.

Now I am planning to eat low points till weight in on Tuesday so I make sure to have a good one.
Yesterday I went to Mexican for lunch at work so I only had one slice of my usual pizza for dinner instead of two to make up for the points.
Goldcupmom- Sorry your having the blues. Your life is definately crazy. It sounds about like mine so I know how it can definately give you the blues. Sorry to hear DS gymnastics schedule is so tough. That is a lot of airline tickets to buy.

Pixiedust for a better day tomorrow.
Marty- Your day sounds like mine. I did the snack stand today and then watched his game. They won 18 to 8. It was cold here today though. Not really cold. I wore short sleeve and shorts all day but by half time it was getting chilly and I was downright cold by the end. It was in the 70's here today.
agotta-I hope you get better soon.

Vertigo is not nice. I had it about a year ago. I would get it in the morning when I woke up and kept running into the wall and tv. It would eventually go away but would come back every so often. Finally it went away all together. Thanks for the recipe. Sounds yummy.
Here is my standard smoothie recipe:
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
1 banana
1 cup strawberries & pineapple
6 ice cubes.
Throw all in the blender and enjoy
Also, another great snack is to take frozen mango's and slightly thaw them. Then eat them as a frozen snack. Its so yummy, sort of like sherbert.
Laura- Sorry to hear your feeling sick too. Please take it easy and get better.

Glad you got your exercise in yesterday.
monte- Great job on your workout! Keep up the great work.
Liz- I hope your walk went well tonight. I'm hoping to get my Ipod soon. I can't wait.
Mike - Hope you had a great day.
Geety & Quilt teddy-

Thanks for stopping by.
