Good morning losers Unfortunately I am not one of them. I gained 2 pounds since last week,. Hope everyone else has a better morning '

Don't forget the following from Brenda (dare2dream)
Please report your weight using the number of pounds ie xxx pounds
If you would like to add your change for the week that is OK ie I lost 2 pounds. Remember weights can be reported in 1/10 of pound increments ie xxx.x pounds.

Please report by midnight Tuesday
If you are late report as soon as you remember. I know sometimes RL (real life) is more important.

Please PM or email your weekly report to Brenda (dare2dream) I am not much of a contributor on our weekly thread but I do read every post. I think Tuesdays are great when everyone checks in to report their weekly progress. It helps to keep us all accountable and it's fun to share your success. Last week I noticed several reports from people I never got a PM or email from. I went through the entire thread and checked. 8 people reported their progress here but never reported to me.

Now folks, help out a weight keeper here please!! Please report your weekly weight to Brenda by PM or email to brenda@kbelectric.biz. Remember to report by midnight Tuesday and remember to report in pounds ie xxx pounds (not just I lost x pounds). PrettyPlease!!

Hope everyone has magical losing day pixiedust: pixiedust:

I am down 1lb after having a really good weekend. I went to see Nicole from last season's Biggest Loser talk on Saturday. She was very funny and inspiring. She was very hard core about not eating crap. I just wanted to share one thing that she said to remember -

"Is it worth it? And I am worth it!"

We are all trying to get healthy for ourselves here, and we are all soooo worth it!

Down 1.2 this morning. Woohoo! Been awhile since I've seen a loss, and it feels good!:cool1:

Will check back in later. Having a new AC unit anstalled in the house today, so I'm probably in for a crazy day.;)

Good Morning!

I am down 1.5 this week!

Since I am restricted on my workouts I went to Dick's this weekend and bought a contraption to make my moms regular bike a stationary bike. Boy does that give you a work out! My butt is hurting!

Congrats to all the Losers! to all the maintainers and gainers! Remember this is a process and we will all have our ups and downs we just have to stick with it because in the end we all are worth it!

Have a great day everyone!

Michele

I'm up 2 lbs. this week. :sad2: I was at a good place going into the weekend but didn't make good food choices at all.

On a positive note on the exercise thread I went over 1000 minutes in March so I'm proud of myself for sticking with that.

Congrats to the losers! For the gainers and maintainers - we can do this because we are worth it!

Here's to a great week everyone!

Congrats buddy on your loss again!! You are doing awesome. That's a great quote, and we are definitely all worth it.

I'm with the gainers this week, and up .8. Started my vacation mode a little early. We are off to WDW in the morning and will be back monday night, so I'm hoping the walking will help keep me in check.

Congratulations to all the losers here and hang in there if you've gained or maintained. We can do this so long as we do not give up. Have a great week everyone.

Hi everyone,

Since I rejoined WW I will be using that number for my weigh ins, and no surprise that it is up... way up! Oh well, I know this week at the weigh in, it will be down!

If anyone is interested I started up a 100 day challenge thread. We used to do this alot on WISH in the past and I thought it is a good time to do it again! Here is the link...

Basicly you choose your own personal challenge and stick to it for 100 days.

How cool that you got to see someone from the Biggest Loser! That sounds so cool and thanks for sharing that inspiring quote!

I am excited to report a loss again!!!! I was very good over the week end even with Bunco and an anniversary party. So I am down 3lbs this week. I hope I can get below the big one befor this is over!!!

Congrats to all - losers-gainers & maintainers.

have a great tuesday.

I am up 3 this week, which doesn't surprise me in the least. I could not exercise and I ate horribly all week (2 pints of premium ice cream by myself! Yeah I know)
Oddly though, my body fat percentage (according to my fancy-shamcy scale) went down half a point.

If that's true, I am expecting a nice loss this upcoming week. The BL people on the show have done this before (ate horrible and gained a week and then made up for it the next week on the scale) and it usually works out ok for them

I'm down one pound this week....I'll take it.

I am re-focusing on myself and trying to get a schedule put together that is realistic that meets the amount of time I want to spend with DD while also taking time for myself. I neglect myself something horrible and then still feel guilty for not spending enough time with her.....so I'm trying to combine time with her and exercise more AND still grab a little time for me occasionally. I'm also going to try and fit in some time for DH too - I neglect him as much as I do myself. He is umpiring little league baseball too....so I need to try and fit some time in for him when he is home. We'll see how all that works out now.

Great job everyone - loss, maintain or gain. We're still here and we will WIN!!

I'm down 1.6.

Hang in there everyone. I'm starting to feel a tad low and unmotivated. It's cloudy here and warmer. I think almost 60 today. But other than that it's been below normal and will be again this week. I'm getting a bit antsy for spring. Come on spring.

Okay,

I should probably just shut up because Nicole is at goal and I'm not. But heck I will be just not as quckly.

Question [and this is not directed at you at all Mercobear (heck I don't even know your viewpoint anyway ;) )- it's for everyone - all of us]: Are you never going to eat crap in your life again? And what is crap? I read someone on the WISH talking about their "bad" food/treat that they might cut out was a banana and peanut butter. What? :confused3

As for crap. I for one am never going to cut out relative's baking, cookies, chocolate, ice cream, gyros:lmao: (oh I could go on) for the rest of my life. So my feeling is they have to be in your eating right now. So therefore they are not put back in and cause an unexpected weight gain because it's not easy at that point to fit them in or deal with them in moderation.

I eat relatively healthy. So I'm certainly not eating crap all the time. But it's there because I know it will always be there. It's just there in smaller ways.

I'm not preaching. (Oh maybe I am:rotfl: ;) ) And I don't want to sound like that. I really don't guys. I just think that Nicole, and other eat only "good" stuff weight loss winners, is facing a very different life than some of us here, not all of us of course, want for our lives. The rest of our lives.

EDIT: If you only want to eat healthy for the rest of your life. Well, that's fantastic. I'm certainly not putting that down. I'm just questioning whether that's what one wants for life.

I obviously didn't make this up myself. Many non-weight issue people eat whatever they want. And all are not without genetic predispostion or other stay slim barriers. And WW points is this exact mindset as well.

Okay, I'm shutting up now. :rotfl: :lmao: ;) Same old Lisa.

I'm holding steady again this week, but it also wasn't a very good week. I'm really working on setting my April goals so that I can make them a challenge, but also attainable this time around. I've been petering out mid-month and losing my focus. Seems that I got some of my routines back on track in the past week so now it's time to get me back on track.

well i'm thrilled with another 1 lb gone forever this week!! :woohoo:

CYBER HIGH FIVE to our losers and maintainers, heck, anyone who gained you deserve one too for keepin' on keeping on.......not every week will be your best and i know i can fluctuate up to 5 lbs

it's spring break at my house and i'm not doing a good job getting my workout in today :( i'm still in my jammies and just finished my 2nd cup of coffee while watching New Amsterdam with my girls. btw -- if you are looking for a good show while waiting (still, sigh) for the shows to come back try Canterbury's Law. i love this show

as for my .02 on eating treats.....for me i know that i'll never be able to completely elminate it from my diet. i'm too much of a sweet tooth. but i do (now) recognize once i eat something sweet i just crave more; and when i eat too much i get this big ole' brick in my stomach that feels awful

last night i had this fantastic dream that my family (mom, you too) was on a 2 week long disney cruise.........ahhhhh to dream. My DD age 15 1/2 leaves one week from today for a WDW trip with her band. She told me that over 600 HS bands applied to march at WDW and only 60 were chosen. Anyone going to be at MK at April 12???

(2 pints of premium ice cream by myself! Yeah I know)

Hang in there Raenstoirm. Anyway, funny ice cream story. I bought some 100 calorie ice cream cups. And I was not pleased that they were not premium ice cream. I like the premium or I"m not eating. :snooty:

And they are ridiulously priced and only six cups in a box.

So I go out buy premium ice cream, yummy, and buy tiny containers from the dollar store to do the same myself. And I'm thinking wow these containers might be too small (very tiny). Ummm, not. :rotfl:

I guess I never looked at the label on an ice cream carton in my life. I almost fell over at the calories for 1/2 a cup. I was shocked. Luckily, ice cream has never been my thing. Trust me I have "things", just luckily not that.

But regardless of the label I will eat it premium only. Yummy.

Our local supermarket has a kids' line of ice cream treats that don't have any sugar substitutes or preservatives. It's funny. They're probably the size we all used to eat and now they are kids' line.

Good morning losers Unfortunately I am not one of them. I gained 2 pounds since last week,. Hope everyone else has a better morning

Hang in there Dona. This week is your week. Might help to be back in a routine, eh? Are you happy to be back? Or was your vacation too short? A little of both?

Lisa

Can someone please tell unskilled Lisa how to do many quotes in one post, not ten!??!

And like Denzel Washington said, "Speak to me like a four year old" or whatever he said. :lmao: ;)

Do you just copy and paste each time? :confused3

Thanks in advance.

I have to report a small gain this week. I keep fighting the same pound for the past 6 weeks or so. But as always I refuse to give up and will keep my eye on my goal. And work hard to get and stay on track.
