somehow I prematurely posted. Hmmm, guess that happens.
Rose- The running in the pool sounds like great exercise. Glad you felt good after and relieved some stress. You mentioned contacting your mom, and if I remember correctly, she had passed away, right? I have thought about doing that as well, but always chicken out, but a friend of mine did it a few years ago, and what she was told, made me a total believer. It's fascinating. We have these angel cards at the nurses station at work, and when it's quiet in the afternoon, we'll do them, and I do feel there are angels out there watching over us, and can really influence our lives if we are open to them.
Lisa- I agree with Rose, and you have us here to help you, and don't need that crazy lady. How rude. Sorry to hear about your MIL's sister. I hope she does ok. It's tough at that age, I'm sure she is frail and has no reserve, the flu takes so much out of her.

So hard for you to be so far away too. Hang in there. You've got a lot going on.
Shawn-I hope you have a great trip back home and have good luck finding a new home. Congrats to DS on getting his braces off, and hope he has a great trip. I love hearing about all you've been able to see and do while you've been living in Germany. What amazing memories you've made. I agree, we can break this cycle!! Onward and downward with our weight this time!!!
Cam- How's the journalling going? I'm right on! I know it's only been one day, but hey, at least I did it. Hope you're having a smooth week.
Pamela- Have a magical vacation!!!!!! So excited for you and dd, and it you didn't get all one million things done before you leave tonight, I insist you forget about every little on of them, and once you're in the car to the airport, all you think about is the fabulous time you and dd are embarking on. I am pretty sure the men you leave at home won't care one bit if you didn't vacuum or iron. Have fun!!!!
Bronxnancy- I like this name for you. I am sure you will have a wonderful trip, and if the flight does not go as smoothly as we all wish for you, you will have some good laughs about it later. Sounds like you are very well prepared, and it will be good to have your cousin there. Sometimes kids will behave much better for someone other than their parent. Hawaii sounds just amazing.
Buffy- Have a fabulous trip!! Not sure when you're leaving, but I know you are going to do so well with the EE challenge!! Have a blast!!
Lindsay- Hope you have a good trip to Philly. Michael is thinking about football this fall too, and because he's so big, I really don't worry too much, but my worst fear is that as he gets older football starts in august and will interfere with my usual vacation time at the end of august. Sheesh.
Sue- I hope ds is ok. I hate when they are up coughing, and noone gets any rest. I wonder if he could have allergies. Pretty high pollen right now, though with the rain, he would probably have been better last night.
I switched dentists last year, and go to Frasca in beverly. Like her very much. She works with her husband, but I see her, and she is very gentle, because I am very high stress at the dentist.
QOTD- I will definitely be around for the summer challenge, and hope to get on the losing train again. I will hit Onederland, and stay there for good. I switched up my journalling and hopefully that will keep me on track. I'll still put a paper in my pocket for work to write anything extra I may eat during the day, but am going to keep my jounal in the kitchen, where I will write it before I bite it at home. I'm also going to make an exercise chart with check boxes for each week, which I did for my princess training, and that worked well. I like to have the plan, and check off as I go along.
No plans for Cinco de mayo. I just heard from employee health at the hospital. Several of us had been exposed to TB, and they drew blood on monday, and I am negative, so that is good. 3 other coworkers have come back positive, so they need to go on antibiotic treatment, which is 6 months long, and the med is metabolized in the liver, so no alcohol for the whole treatment time. So if I was positive, I might have changed my answer to I was going to get trashed before I need to go sober. Phew. My freind Diane who is positive is joking about writing a book, "My sober Summer to Singlehood" She's married with 3 young kids, and not that we drink a lot, but on vacation, weekends, it's is nice to wind down with a couple drinks. I was worried about spending a full week in maine with my family, especially Auntie Blender, if I couldn't drink.
Have a great day!!
