Big Time Rush to perform at USF on 5/14

On May 14, Universal Orlando guests are in for a big-time treat – Nickelodeon stars Big Time Rush will perform live at Universal Studios Florida’s Music Plaza stage.

We're there that week and was going to go on the 14th.... but decided this past week that Saturday wouldn't be the best option since we only have one day. Oh well.. what the kids dont know what they're missing wont kill em

well I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. The kids will love it but this is our only full day at the park which will now probably be more crowded.

The concert will definitely bring in a large crowd that evening...the morning shouldn't be too bad but by 4pm, you will see a noticeable increase in the crowd level.

I have never been to Universal, but my kids would LOVE to see Big Time Rush. Any ideas where exactly in US the concert will take place. Just wondering if there is seating....

It'd probably be on the big stage in front of Rip Ride Rockit. If that's what happens, there will be no seating, unless you manage to find a bench to sit on from the side or way at the back. You probably wouldn't be able to see/hear as well though.

Yeah...I'm thinking it's going to be at the band shell but it could be at the stage in front of Mel's...but they don't usually use that except for HHN and Rock The Universe.

I just received an e-mail response from Universal and it was very short, but it said that the concert will take place at Universal Studios Florida’s Music Plaza stage. Since I have never been to US, this does not help me much. Can anyone describe this space to me?

The stage area is just past Jimmy Neutron and across the street from Monsters Cafe. It's a wide open space with the stage backing up to the Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit coaster. There are no seats...just standing room. I'll post a couple of pictures when I get home from work.

Big Time Rush is a "boy band" who have a show on Nickelodeon. Unless you have kids that are 12 or under, you would probably never hear about them
